Repair Services
We offer repair services on most cameras, lenses, and slide projectors. Depending on
the nature of the repair, work may be done by our in-house repair expert, through an independent
repair facility, or by the manufacturer. We will need to see your
equipment to determine exactly what needs to be done.
Warranties
Warranties on repairs vary from 90 days to six months, depending on the
repair facility. We will keep a record of your repair for at least one
year to facilitate any warranty work that may need to be done.
Free Estimates
We provide free estimates for repairs; you will always know exactly
what the repair will cost before any work is done. If your equipment needs
to be shipped out to an outside repair facility, we do charge $15.00 for
shipping and insurance.
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time for repairs is two to four weeks if we do the
repair
and four to six weeks if we send your equipment out for repair. This will
also depend on parts availability for your particular camera, current repair
backlog, etc.
